Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Quest 40L Pack. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it's unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned pack, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

To start a return, email us at hello@reikagear.com with your order details and we'll send you instructions. If a pack arrives damaged or defective, contact us first — we'll make it right and won't ask you to pay return shipping in that case.

Local pickup / Tucson orders

If you arranged local pickup instead of shipping, the same 14-day window and unused/tags-on condition applies — just reach out to arrange the return in person.

Wholesale & bulk orders

Wholesale orders are handled case-by-case as part of the agreement made when the order is placed — reach out to us directly with any questions about a specific order.

Privacy Policy

REIKA is a small, independently-run outdoor gear business based in Tucson, Arizona. We collect only what we need to talk to you and fulfill your order — nothing more, and we never sell your information to anyone.

What we collect: when you use our contact, purchase, or wholesale inquiry forms, we collect the name, email address, and message details you provide, so we can respond to you. This information is sent directly to our own inbox and is not stored in any separate database or shared with third parties.

Payments: when you buy directly through our site, your payment is processed entirely by Stripe or PayPal — we never see or store your card number, bank details, or full billing information ourselves. Those companies have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your payment data.

Cookies & tracking: this site does not currently use advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks. If that ever changes, this page will be updated to reflect it.

Site content: the photos, writing, and design on this site belong to REIKA and shouldn't be reused without asking us first.

Disputes: if anything about your order or experience isn't right, please reach out to us directly at hello@reikagear.com first — we're a small, real business and would much rather sort it out with you directly than anything more formal.
